Commercial Lead with extensive experience in the construction industry, combining strong commercial management capabilities with a solid technical and site-based background. Experienced in leading commercial activities across pre- and post-contract stages, including cost planning, quantity surveying, subcontract administration, procurement support, interim valuations, client and subcontractor payments, cost control, forecasting, variation and change management, and commercial reporting.
Possesses practical experience across structural, finishing, fit-out, residential, commercial, and major construction projects, with a strong understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project delivery requirements. Proven ability to coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, planning, engineering, and site teams to manage commercial risks, protect contractual entitlements, control costs, and support successful project outcomes.
Technically proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ASD, RIB CostX, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI, with additional experience in quantity take-offs, shop drawings, RFQs/RFTs, subcontractor management, client billing, variation assessment, and preparation of pre- and post-contract cost plans.
